MileRecord allows users to upload odometer or dashboard photos, review OCR suggestions, save mileage records over time, upload fuel receipts, review extracted receipt details, and export mileage and fuel history to spreadsheet formats. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing and confirming odometer readings before relying on them.
• You are responsible for reviewing fuel receipt details before relying on them for bookkeeping or reimbursement.
• You must not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. OCR Accuracy Disclaimer

OCR extractions and mileage calculations are generated automatically and may contain errors, especially when images are low quality or when records are incomplete. You must review and verify your data before using it for tax, reimbursement, compliance, or business reporting.

5. Subscription and Usage Limits

Usage limits may apply based on your plan. MileRecord may enforce upload or processing limits and may suspend additional processing until the next billing period or until your plan changes.

6. Data and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your uploaded photos, receipt images, and record data. We do not sell user data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MileRecord is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for misuse, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MileRecord after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
