• Uploaded odometer or dashboard photos
• Extracted odometer readings and OCR metadata
• Uploaded fuel receipt photos and extracted fields such as station, amount, liters, fuel type, and currency
• Mileage and fuel record details such as recorded time, vehicle label, category, note, and related metadata
• Usage data such as upload volume and monthly processing totals

2. How We Use Data

• Provide odometer photo upload, OCR extraction, review, and mileage record history
• Provide fuel receipt upload, OCR extraction, review, and fuel receipt history
• Store evidence images and related record details in your workspace
• Calculate mileage from odometer readings within each vehicle history
• Support export of mileage records and fuel receipts to spreadsheet formats
• Maintain security, reliability, and plan limit enforcement

3. OCR Processing

Uploaded odometer photos and fuel receipt images may be processed by third-party OCR services to help extract record details. OCR results can be uncertain, which is why MileRecord is designed for user review before a record is finalized.

4. Data Storage

MileRecord stores account data, mileage records, fuel receipts, and uploaded photos using Supabase infrastructure. Uploaded files are treated as private and are accessed through authenticated or signed file URLs.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. You may also request deletion of your account and associated MileRecord data.

6. Account Deletion

To request deletion of your MileRecord account, email contact@milerecord.com from the address associated with your account.

When your request is verified, we will delete:

• Your account profile
• Uploaded odometer photos, fuel receipt images, and related stored files
• Odometer readings, mileage record metadata, fuel receipt data, and notes
• Associated usage data that is no longer required for operational or legal reasons

Some limited data may be retained where required by law or where necessary to protect against abuse, fraud, or unresolved billing issues.
